If you are experiencing any of the following issues and are unable to resolve them on your own, please contact the UITS Help Center directly for assistance:

  • Email and calendar issues. Outlook client and Office 365 Mail.
  • Office 365 apps and Microsoft Office programs. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Connecting to the UConn VPN

If you need to access the UConn network remotely, you can connect via the UConn Virtual Private Networking (VPN) software. Please follow the instructions below to first download a client and then connect to the UConn network.
