Special Payroll:

Special Payroll hire requests must be approved by HR in PageUp before departments may submit a SmartHR transaction, and it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a Special Payroll hire request to receive all required approvals.

Student Hire Request Template Instructions For Window’s users:

-Save the form

-Enable the macro

-Enable content on the security warning

-Fill out the form

-Re-save the form (overwrite original copy. Do not change the name of the file. Do not rely on autosave to save for you, it must be re-saved).

-Click the “Click here to send an email to FSO” button once form is completed

-Form will then be sent and to view the email, go to your sent folder of Outlook and confirm that the form sent/when you preview the sent form the fields were filled out). If there were any issues, email the sfahr@uconn.edu email explaining the problem.

 

Student Hire Request Template Instructions For Mac/OS users:

-Save the form

-Enable the macro

-Enable the content on the security warning (if present)

-Fill out the form

-Email form to sfahr@uconn.edu and use the subject “SFA Student Hire Request Form – STUDENT LAST NAME”
